About Us

Hi, I'm Lauren, the founder of Studio Lingua! I qualified as a language teacher in 2023 after graduating with a BA (Hons) French with Spanish & Professional Education (Secondary) at the University of Stirling. Creating engaging, colourful, and effective resources has always been my favourite part of teaching, and it’s what inspired me to start the brand.

In late 2024, I took some time to travel the East Coast of Australia, following years of university spent under lockdowns and COVID-19 restrictions. After settling in Melbourne, I began working in HR at an independent school. The school was so impressed with the resources I created for them that I started developing more language materials to stay connected to my passion for teaching. This is when I decided to fully dedicate myself to StudioLingua.

I’m passionate about designing resources that are fun, versatile, and accessible for both teachers and learners, regardless of their expertise in the subject. The positive feedback I received from university professors and students inspired me to continue creating, and now, I’m thrilled to share my work with you!
